I managed to stay burn-free sitting for hours at the spinning/weaving equipment auction on Saturday, but then got burned just walking in and out of the buildings yesterday! Hope you had fun up here in MD.

You're lucky you didn't get your eyes gouged out over at the Socks that Rock - sounded pretty intense over there. As for myself, I got a pretty rockin' watch tan.

Apparently my sunscreen actually worked on my pale, pale skin, because I have no tan lines. Either that, or I spent so much time indoors buying things that I didn't get much sun. One or the other.

It was great to meet you, and I still covet your penguin bag. And I can't believe you got STR. You lucky dog.

I have a matching farmer's tan! It was totally worth it, though, and it was so great to meet you on Saturday. I wish we could have made it to the thing on Sat night so that we could have chatted more. Maybe then I would have utilized the "liquid courage" to talk to more people, too!

See, now I'm feeling like I'm left out of a club of some sort cause I got no kind of tan whatsoever. sigh.

Thanks for the pin! I was showing it to everyone who had the misfortune to stop by my office and ask how my weekend was yesterday. The uniform glazed look of the uninitiated is so easy to recognize. But did it stop me from telling them what a great time I had in detail that was boring the snot out of them? Heck no. Heh.
