YAY! I love it when you two are together. I'm not sure why - or that it's appropriate - but I feel a low level of anxiety for you when you're apart. It's just there.

Yay! I think that some of the best times together as a couple are those simple little moments together, like brushing your teeth. They're very comforting. I hope you both feel comforted.

I'm guessing Jodi's toothbrush is the orange one. Here's why:
* Blue is a boy colour. I know, sexist and clichéd.
* The orange one looks somewhat worn (witnesss the fading blue amongst the bristles), and the blue one looks new--or newer. My guess is that Peter bought (rather than BROUGHT) one.
* The orange one is doing the cuddling, while the blue one is fairly passive. Again, a commentary on sexual politics, perhaps.
* Jodi's work contains more earth tones and fewer blues. The orange brush suits her.
Let's see if I'm right...

NWJR, you're right but for all the wrong reasons. My last toothbrush was blue, this one is orange. Peter brought the toothbrush he keeps in his backpack for weekends out of town, so it sees less action than the everyday brush.
Also, if you want to read further into the image, the orange toothbrush is the one with boobs.
