Jodi, I've looked through your accomplishments on this project so far (9 Sep 07) and I have to say that this is the dress/outfit I like the best, so far. Something that I find very interesting about what I consider the most attractive about your work is the way in which it leads me to enjoy colors or shapes that I don't like utterly despise. I hate almost all colors that could fit the description orange (and coral, as an orangey pink, falls into that category for me), and yet, here you are presenting a dress in this color that I think is just fabulous. This is also true of the green print we bought--I'm not a fan of the lime range of greens--and some of the abstract patterns you use. I'm noting the tendency to use some patterns that would fit very well in the late 50's to mid-60's design aesthetic, which we all know is about my least favorite 20th c. look. Yet you use these elements that I dislike in ways that I truly enjoy. It's interesting to me that you are able to do that.
