The idea behind your project (and its execution) is so beautiful and exciting. It just about brings tears to my eyes. Glad I found you (through your old (?) sweater design on Knitty). But HOW do you find good sweaters to recycle? They always only have crummy acrylic ones at my thrift store.

Love this project. Have you thought of making wrap dresses? That way you won't have zippers to crush in the press.

What kind of cotton are you making the clothing from? (Joann's muslin? Egyptian cotton? high thread count?)
