warmth
November 4, 2009
This year I’m getting a bit of a head start on freezing-cold-floors season.
They’re the Prairie Boots from Coco Knits, worked with a double strand of a worsted weight wool/acrylic blend reclaimed from a thrift store sweater and finished off with some bright yellow vintage catalin buttons. I think my row gauge was a bit off, as my garter stitch cuff starts lower than the ones in the pattern photos, but they’re cozy and incredibly warm. And cute, in a silly kind of way.

hey Jodi,
I just bought this pattern. What does she mean by knitting in the round on two circular needles?
